Hereinafter referred to as “SEEme”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEEme shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages

• Loss of income, revenue, data, reputation, goodwill, business, or opportunity

• Professional loss, personal loss, mental distress, or dissatisfaction

• Errors, interruptions, delays, or service failures

EVEN IF SEEme has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

3. No Professional Guarantee

SEEme is a technology and marketplace platform only.

SEEme:

• Does not guarantee outcomes, results, accuracy, or success

• Does not verify professional competence beyond basic onboarding checks

• Does not act as a professional, advisor, consultant, employer, or guarantor

Any interaction, consultation, transaction, or service between users is entirely at their own risk.

4. User Responsibility (Full Shift of Risk)

You expressly agree that:

• You use SEEme voluntarily and at your own discretion

• You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, communications, and transactions

• SEEme is not responsible for disputes between users

• SEEme has no obligation to intervene, mediate, or resolve conflicts

5. License & Platform Control

SEEme grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

SEEme reserves the absolute right to:

• Suspend, restrict, or terminate any account

• Remove content, profiles, listings, or services

• Modify features, pricing, visibility, or access

• Take any action deemed necessary without notice or justification

6. Strict User Restrictions

You shall not:

• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or credentials

• Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content

• Circumvent platform rules, payments, or systems

• Reverse engineer, scrape, clone, or exploit the platform

• Use SEEme for illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes

Violation may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of payments, and legal action.

7. Payments, Fees & Refunds (Full Protection)

• All fees are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

• SEEme is not responsible for dissatisfaction with services rendered by users

• Refunds, if any, are entirely at SEEme’s sole discretion

• Platform fees are non-recoverable under any circumstances

8. Third-Party Services & Payments

SEEme may use third-party services including payment gateways, hosting providers, and analytics tools.

SEEme DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY arising from:

• Third-party service failure

• Payment delays or reversals

• External links or integrations

Use of such services is entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property (Full Ownership)

All content, branding, software, UI/UX, databases, text, images, videos, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of SEEme.

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and punishable under law.

10. User Content & Submissions

Any content, idea, suggestion, feedback, or submission made by you:

• Becomes non-confidential and non-proprietary

• Shall be the exclusive property of SEEme

• May be used commercially without compensation or credit

11. Account Termination (No Liability)

SEEme may terminate your account:

• With or without cause

• With or without notice

• Without liability of any kind

Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

12. Indemnity (Strong)

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless SEEme, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, legal cost, or demand arising from:

• Your use of SEEme

• Your violation of laws or third-party rights

• Your content or actions

13. Limitation of Liability (Cap)

If liability is imposed despite exclusions, SEEme’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SEEme in the previous 30 days, or ₹1,000 — whichever is lower.

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must first undergo 60 days of informal resolution

• Thereafter, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration

• No class actions permitted

• Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

16. Modification of Terms

SEEme may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of SEEme constitutes automatic acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with SEEme’s Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire and final agreement between you and SEEme.
