This Policy must be read in conjunction with SEEme’s Terms & Conditions, User Policies, and Deletion Policies. In case of conflict, SEEme’s interpretation shall prevail.

2. Information We Collect (No Warranty of Accuracy)

SEEme collects information provided voluntarily by users and automatically through platform usage.

SEEme does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or correctness of information provided by users.

3. Use of Information (Broad & Protective)

SEEme may use collected information for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Service delivery and account management

• Payments, bookings, and customer support

• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, audits

• Platform improvement, AI training, analytics

• Legal compliance and enforcement

• Marketing and promotional activities (subject to opt-out where applicable)

SEEme reserves the right to process data beyond stated purposes where legally permitted or operationally necessary.

4. Device Permissions & User Consent

With user consent, SEEme may access:

• Camera, microphone

• Storage (files, images, videos uploaded by user)

• Location and device data

• SMS and call logs (for OTP, verification, security)

Withdrawal of consent may result in restricted or denied access to services. SEEme bears no liability for service disruption caused by consent withdrawal.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure (No User Ownership)

SEEme may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, support)

• Affiliates, subsidiaries, and business partners

• Government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authorities

• Financing or verification partners (where applicable)

Users do not own, control, or restrict SEEme’s internal use or lawful disclosure of data.

6. Data Retention (Retention ≠ Access)

SEEme retains data:

• As long as required for business, legal, audit, tax, compliance, or security purposes

• Even after account deletion or termination

Important Clarification:

• Retention does NOT grant users or professionals any right to access, retrieve, copy, or demand retained data

• SEEme is not obligated to provide retained records to deleted accounts

• Disclosure shall occur only when legally mandated

7. Account Deletion & Data Consequences

• Upon deletion, active access to personal data is permanently revoked

• SEEme is not responsible for any data loss following deletion

• Certain data may continue to be retained internally without user access

Deletion does not erase legal, financial, or compliance obligations.

8. Children’s Data

SEEme does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years.

If such data is discovered, SEEme may delete it without notice.

9. Security Disclaimer (No Absolute Guarantee)

SEEme uses reasonable security safeguards.

However:

• No system is completely secure

• Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks

Users accept all risks associated with platform usage.

10. Public Disclosure Risk

Information shared in public areas of the Platform:

• Is not confidential

• Is not protected under this Policy

• May be used by third parties

SEEme bears no liability for such disclosures.

11. User Rights & Consent Limitation

Users may request withdrawal of consent by written request.

However:

• Withdrawal is not retroactive

• SEEme may restrict or terminate services where data is essential

• SEEme retains the right to retain and process data as required by law

12. Policy Modifications

SEEme may modify this Policy at any time, without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes automatic acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
