User Policies & Community Guidelines

These User Policies & Community Guidelines (“User Policy”) govern the conduct, responsibilities, and obligations of all individuals and entities accessing or using SEEme (“Platform”), owned and operated by Sparklink Media & Services Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing, registering, or using SEEme, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to comply with this User Policy, SEEme’s Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

1. User Conduct & Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, unethical, or harmful activities are strictly prohibited
Users must maintain professional, respectful, and lawful behaviour at all times
Any activity that harms the reputation, security, integrity, or operations of SEEme is prohibited

2. Account Registration & Verification

Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or credentials is prohibited
SEEme may require identity, credential, or document verification at any time
Failure or refusal to verify may result in restriction, suspension, or termination

3. Service Listings & Content Accuracy

Users must ensure that all listings, descriptions, pricing, claims, and representations are accurate, verifiable, and non-misleading
False, exaggerated, manipulated, or deceptive information is strictly prohibited
Prohibited listings include illegal, adult, unethical, or harmful services

SEEme may edit, restrict, or remove listings without notice.

4. Transactions & Payments

All transactions must be conducted only through SEEme’s authorised payment systems, where applicable
Off-platform payments, bypassing fees, or fraudulent transactions are prohibited
SEEme is not responsible for disputes between users
SEEme has no obligation to mediate disputes

5. Communication, Reviews & Feedback

Communication must be respectful and professional
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct is prohibited
Reviews must be honest, experience-based, and non-defamatory
Fake or manipulated reviews are prohibited

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights
Unauthorised content usage is prohibited
Users grant SEEme a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use uploaded content

7. Privacy & Data Security

Users must respect privacy and confidentiality
Sharing sensitive personal or financial information outside authorised flows is prohibited
Security abuse or data exploitation is prohibited

8. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Activities

(IMMEDIATE ENFORCEMENT)

Users are strictly prohibited from using SEEme for:

8.1 Religious, Political & Violent Activities

Religious promotion or propaganda
Political campaigning or influence
Violence, riots, or extremist activities

8.2 Sexual & Exploitative Content (ABSOLUTE BAN)

Sexual content, nudity, or explicit acts
Sexual solicitation, violence, or exploitation
Human trafficking or child exploitation

8.3 Defamation & Social Harm

Destroying or damaging the social image or reputation of any individual, community, organisation, or group
Spreading false or defamatory information

8.4 Criminal, Anti-National & Harmful Activities

Gambling, betting, lottery schemes
Drugs, alcohol (where restricted), arms, or explosives
Terrorism, anti-national activities
Rape, sexual exploitation, human trafficking
Child labour or abuse

8.5 Financial Fraud, Fake Profit & Public Money Cheating (STRICT BAN)

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Asking for money, investments, donations, or payments by showing fake, exaggerated, manipulated, or unverifiable profits or income
Displaying false earnings screenshots, fabricated transaction proofs, fake bank statements, or misleading financial claims
Promising guaranteed returns, assured profits, or risk-free income
Running or promoting Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, referral scams, or get-rich-quick models
Misleading the public to transfer money under false financial representations

Any form of financial deception or public money cheating is strictly prohibited.

9. Immediate Account Termination

Any violation of Section 8 (including fake profit or financial fraud) will result in:

Immediate suspension or permanent termination
No prior notice, warning, or refund
SEEme may preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Legal action may be initiated where required

SEEme’s decision shall be final and binding.
