1. Nature of Platform

SEEme operates solely as an intermediary technology platform that enables users to upload, share, and access content. SEEme does not select, curate, modify, control, or pre-screen any audio, music, or video content uploaded by users.

SEEme qualifies for safe harbor protection under applicable laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules.

2. User Representations & Warranties

By uploading or sharing any content on SEEme, you irrevocably represent and warrant that:

• You own all intellectual property rights in the content, including music and audio

• You have obtained valid, prior, and written licenses or permissions from all relevant copyright owners, including record labels, publishers, artists, and collecting societies

You further confirm that:

• All necessary royalty payments, synchronization rights, and usage rights have been duly cleared by you

• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party

3. No License Granted by SEEme

SEEme does not provide, grant, or imply any license for the use of third-party copyrighted music or audio.

SEEme:

• Does not obtain licenses on behalf of users

• Does not pay royalties to any music label or copyright owner

• Does not authorize use of any third-party sound recordings or compositions

4. Sole Responsibility of Users

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely and exclusively responsible for any content uploaded by you

• Any copyright infringement, royalty claim, legal notice, dispute, or penalty arising from your content shall be entirely your liability

This includes claims from:

• Record labels

• Music publishers

• Artists or performers

• Copyright societies

• Any other rights holders

5. Indemnification (Critical Clause)

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEEme, its parent company, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against:

• Any and all claims, demands, legal actions, damages, losses, penalties, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees)

6. Takedown & Enforcement Rights

SEEme reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove, mute, disable, block, or restrict access to any content

• Act upon complaints, notices, or legal requests from rights holders or authorities

• Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts involved in violations

SEEme shall not be required to provide prior notice in such cases.

7. Disclosure to Authorities

SEEme reserves the right to disclose user identity, account details, and content information to:

• Law enforcement authorities

• Courts or regulatory bodies

• Claimants with valid legal requests

in compliance with applicable laws.

8. No Liability of SEEme

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SEEme shall not be liable for any copyright infringement committed by users

• SEEme shall not be responsible for any royalty payments, settlements, or damages claimed by third parties

• SEEme’s role is strictly limited to providing a neutral hosting platform

9. Zero Tolerance Policy

SEEme follows a zero-tolerance approach toward intellectual property violations.

Repeated or serious violations will result in:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban

• Potential legal action where required

10. Mandatory User Declaration

I hereby confirm that I own or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for any music/audio used in my content. I accept full legal responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold SEEme harmless from any copyright, royalty, or legal claims.
